Cancellations:

All cancellations require a minimum of 24hrs notice.

Cancellations within this minimum notice period, where an alternative time to suit both pupil and instructor cannot be found, will be charged at half lesson price, payable prior to commencing next lesson.

Failure to attend lesson without prior notice will be charged at full lesson price, payable prior to commencing next lesson.

Lessons cancelled for genuine illness will be considered on a case by case basis.

This policy does not apply to lessons cancelled due to adverse weather or mechanical failure.

Lesson Prices and Payment:

All Learner Drivers will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of a lesson price increase (or decrease).

All lessons to be paid on the day or in advance.

Payment methods;

1. Cash - Pay on the Day in car
2. Card - Payment to be made at least 3 days in advance

Gift Vouchers and Pre Paid Lessons:

All gift vouchers and pre paid lessons have a valid period of 6 months from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers and Pre Paid lessons are non refundable and have no alternative cash value.

Pre Payment must be made at least 3 days in advance of lesson by card or in cash on the day of the first pre paid lesson.

Road Safety & The Law:

KJC Driver Training / Lose The L reserve the right to terminate any Lesson, without notice, where it is felt the Driver has committed an offence or driven in a dangerous manner when the implications of this action have been explained and warnings not to repeat this action have gone unheeded. Where training is terminated for these reasons the Full Lesson Price will still be payable.

KJC Driver Training / Lose The L reserve the right to terminate or refuse tuition, without notice, to anyone who is or appears to be under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Where training is terminated or refused for these reasons the Full Lesson Price is still payable.

KJC Driver Training / Lose The L reserve the right to refuse use of a training vehicle for test purposes, without notice, where it is felt the Driver is either dangerous or unfit to drive for whatever reason.

Behaviour:

Reasonable Behaviour is expected at all times.
The use of Abusive, Racist, or Threatening Language or the Threat of Physical Abuse will NOT be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the current and future training.

Friend Referral Cashback:

Cashback values as follow;

• 1st Friend Referral - £20
• 2nd Friend Referral - £30
• 3rd Friend Referral - £40 (any additional Friend Referrals also payable at £40)

Cashback paid on all pupil referrals once friend has completed a minimum 10 hours of paid instruction.
